Welcome to Palina Simakova Coaching ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mygymcoach.net (the "Website") and the coaching services provided by Palina Simakova ("Services").
By purchasing or using any Service, you ("Client" or "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
You also confirm that you have consulted with a qualified physician before starting any new exercise program. See Section 9 (Health Disclaimer) for important details.
Pregnancy and postpartum: Our Services are not designed for pregnant clients or clients who are less than 6 months postpartum. By purchasing, you confirm that you are not pregnant and are at least 6 months postpartum if applicable. If you become pregnant during your engagement period, please notify us immediately so we can pause or refund your purchase as appropriate.
Custom Program ($99 USD) — A personalized training program built around your goals, available equipment, schedule, and preferences. After purchase, you will receive a questionnaire by email. Once you submit your completed questionnaire, your program will be delivered within three (3) business days as a Google Sheet. The Custom Program includes seven (7) days of Q&A support via email, beginning the day your program is delivered.
Program Review ($35 USD) — A detailed structural review of your existing training program. After purchase, you will reply to the confirmation email and attach your current program (photo, screenshot, document, or text). Your written review will be delivered within twenty-four (24) hours of our receipt of your program. The Program Review includes seven (7) days of Q&A support via email, beginning the day your review is delivered.
You must take the next required action within fourteen (14) days of your purchase:
If you do not engage within this 14-day window, your purchase is considered used and no refund will be issued. We will send reminder emails at day 7 and day 13 to help you remember.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. By purchasing, you agree to its terms.
Programs, reviews, and any materials we create for you are licensed solely for your personal, individual use. You may not:
All content on mygymcoach.net (text, images, videos, designs) is owned by Palina Simakova Coaching and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.
Email is our primary and official channel for all program delivery, file sharing, and important notices. We may also communicate via Instagram or TikTok DMs for quick questions and support.
We aim to respond within 24-48 hours during business days. We do not provide live, instant, or 24/7 support.

Palina Simakova is a personal trainer. She is not a licensed physician, registered dietitian, physical therapist, or medical professional. She does not provide medical diagnoses, treat injuries, or prescribe specific diets, supplements, or medications.

If you experience pain, injury, dizziness, chest discomfort, shortness of breath, or any concerning symptom, stop exercising immediately and consult a doctor.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palina Simakova and Palina Simakova Coaching are not liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service that gave rise to the claim.
Fitness results vary based on genetics, consistency, nutrition, sleep, stress, and many other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, weight loss, muscle gain, or aesthetic results.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time if you violate these Terms, share materials in violation of Section 6, or behave abusively in communications.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
